These Terms govern your use of mutuals ("the service", "we", "us") at mutuals.tv. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
mutuals lets you sign in with Google, view your YouTube subscriptions, and compare them with other people via shareable links. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You must be old enough to have a Google account and to consent under the law of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your sign-in and for keeping your Google account secure. Your use of Google and YouTube is also governed by their respective terms.
The service, its design, and its code are owned by us or our licensors. Channel names, logos, and YouTube data belong to their respective owners.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that comparison results will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time and revoke access to your Google data. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
